I apologize to my Substack subscribers for my lack of posts in recent weeks. My time has been monopolized by a major home IT upgrade, but I hope to emerge into the light at the end of the tunnel soon. :-)
Today I did the groundwork for my next Substack post, which will be about Oak View but NOT about well-behaved dogs smart enough to use crosswalks on their own, LOL. Sadly, this will be a post about how the city deliberately piecemeals actions to keep things hidden from public scrutiny.
